All rollators are covered by our one-year limited warranty. This covers any malfunctions or defects that may occur during the manufacturing process. If you receieve a defective rollator, we will issue a replacement or refund.

For this reason, any items purchased on Carex.com may be returned within 90 days of ordering as long as it is in new condition and in original packaging. We also want to remind you that if there are any shipping shortages, it's important to let us know within five days of receiving your order.
