I wasn’t sure of the exact part I needed for the wheelchair I had. I emailed Customer Service and within 24 hours I had a response and a link to what I needed. I placed the order and within 72 hours or less I had my part. Thank you so much.

Tried to order axle nut: unavailable. Then ordered wheel asm which arrived with no nut or axle. Tried to return wheel for refund. Was told I didn"t need to return to get refund. Never received refund. Unacceptable!

Hi. I took a chance and ordered the footrests even though the transport chair I'd be putting it on was not from Carex. I just had to widen the holes with a file and then the footrests slipped on beautifully. Thank you.

My mom likes her chair very much, convenient, unfortunately her wheels get damaged, but replacement wheels fit it perfectly. Good service.

Although the footrests did not fit the chair initially, Carex jumped in 200% and made everything come out perfectly and very quickly so I haven't had to wait very long to be able to take my 96 year old Dad to appointments without him having to hold his legs up by propping his cane under his legs! We should have the replacement in two days and I am so happy for Ray taking care of my problem! Thank you SO MUCH to Ray and Carex Company!!!!!!
