We are disappointed with the Accu foot massager because it only massages the front of your foot not the sole. We have had an Accu massager in the past that massaged the whole foot. We ordered one through Amazon for more than half the price and figured that is why it was defective. So we thought if we ordered through your company at full price it wouldn’t be defective. But it was. The only saving grace is that I am able to return it to you that you are sending me a refund. Your company must know you are sending out defective massagers.
