Buy with prime orders can be checked via the order confirmation email sent to you after your order is placed. You'll receive a link that will send you to your order shipment page on Carex.com. Buy with prime orders cannot be tracked on Amazon.com or in the mobile app.  

Orders made with buy with prime do fall under our return policy. We accept returns on most products excluding bathroom safety items.

Yes, to participate in Buy with Prime on Carex.com, you must have a Prime membership. Clicking on the Buy with Prime button will prompt you to sign in to your Amazon account. Once you're logged in, your order will be processed using your preferred payment and shipping information that's already stored in your Amazon account.

If you need to return an eligible product that you purchased using Buy with Prime, simply click on the link in your order confirmation email to access your order details page. Once there, you can select the item(s) that you want to return and print a return shipping label. After that, simply drop off your package at your nearest USPS location.

It's important to note that Buy with Prime purchases can only be returned using USPS and cannot be dropped off at Amazon locations like Amazon Lockers, Whole Foods, or Amazon Go.

if your order is eligible for a refund, you will receive it once the item is dropped off and scanned at a USPS location. If the item is not scanned, the refund will be processed after we receive and review the item at our fulfillment center. Please allow up to seven business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Amazon gift cards and Carex.com promotions cannot be used when ordering through Buy with Prime. Amazon gift cards may only be used on Amazon.com or through other eligible Amazon websites.

• Allow for 48 hours to account for unexpected delays.
