Seam split

My Wife bought this item. We've had it barely more than a year and purchased it in a small local pharmacy. This item split at an inner seam and is now unusable.
The defect was due to poor manufacturing, IMO. I am hoping to have the item replaced though I doubt my Wife has her original receipt. Please see photos below. Please reach out to me if this is will be replaced my Carex.

Just what I needed

I love my TENS and needed more pads so these are just what I needed.

Pleasantly surprised!

I received my unit Friday and used it right away Friday. Seemed like a 30 min session relieved my right shoulder ache for the rest of the night. Used it again today, Sunday, for a 30 min session after my shoulder started aching from using the PC too long, and again, it seems to have relieved the ache. What a great form of relief for such a small price. And no need to make an appointment at P/T. So convenient to use it at home when needed.

Good design, good quality

The traveling crutches are a good idea, well-designed, and good quality. They serve their purpose well.

TENS 7000 - Chiropractor recommended

I wiped out playing pickleball going for return and landed on my hip. I learned it was thrown out of align and I have been seeing my chiropractor to get it back in order. As part of our discussions he highly recommended the TENS unit to help with muscle relaxation my lower back needed. The unit arrived today and I've already tried it out with immediate improvement.
