Great question! The walker's height will vary based on your height. To find the ideal height: 1. While wearing shoes, stand straight up with your arms relaxed at the side. 2. With your arms relaxed and at the side, the top of the walker should match your wrist level. 3. When your hands are on the walker's handgrips, your arms should be bent at a 15-20 degree angle.
