      Don't bother trying to get parts from this company

      I received what I thought were the correct parts for our rollator, but when I tried to put them together, they did not fit. When I responded to CAREX that I had this issue and requested their assistance in rectifying the problem I received NO RESPONSE.

      Back order parts

      I ordered a right hand brake with cable and it is back ordered. Until October. Such an important part should be an in stock at all times. I could have ordered an off brand put I wanted the same brand that the rollator is.
