I found the online parts page somewhat confusing. It was difficult to determine the correct model and part number for a replacement wheel since they were almost buried in the fine print. Customer service got me the correct part number, but it cost me nearly $12 dollars to return the incorrect part and I never received a refund for the purchase price even though I followed the instructions given to me. In spite of this, the transport chair is just what my son needs for occasional trips. So I guess I would recommend your company but with cautions.
