He loves his, so we got ours, after a few tries with all the included safety directions, but then the really helpful use ones where in the emails, those took a while to ge through, we got on nicely and it has provided relief. I did phone and speak with one of your care specialists, was he a therapist or clnician, very nice and helpful.
