Hello my dad has a Carex Rollator / Walker with a white tag that has the following: REG. NO. OH 71131 TW. Also on the frame it has a decal with the following: A223 120900 27132. I am trying to get a parts list for this and the part# for the left rear caster. An owners manual would be great if possible. Thanks in advance.
