I having a problem removing the back. What is the secret? Do you have any pictures showing how to do this?
Turn the chair over. To release the horizontal plastic lips that secure the back, press the ends of both plastic, rectangular tabs toward each other until they touch.

How can you clean the chair to remove mildew, etc.?
This bath seat is designed with holes to provide drainage to prevent an excessive amount of mildew from growing. We recommend using a rag, scrub brush, or sponge to clean your shower chair combined with bleach or another bathroom cleaner. To better prevent this issue, we recommend wiping the chair off after each use and even drying it if needed. Hope this helps!

How many inches can you raise the height of the legs and how can you tell that they are levelled on the Carex universal bath seat with back.
Thanks for asking! The Universal Bath Seat with Back is height adjustable 16 to 21 inches. Any easy way to tell that the legs are level is by making sure the grooves on the screw in feet are all evenly matching.

We have a Carex universal back seat but wanted to find out if you sell just the back? My Mom needs the extra support but I do not want to buy a whole new seat if I can purchase the back separately.
