How do you attach the pouch to the rail
Thanks for asking! There are hooks on each standing rail that attach to the top sides of the bag. Once attached, you then wrap the four straps on the bag around each rail to secure it.

I don’t understand how and to what you attach the strap ? I saw the little ad video but it doesn’t really show how to attach the strap.
The strap attaches directly to the opposite side of the bed frame. Here is a diagram from the instruction manual:
can the Carex bedside rail be used on an adjustible matress i dont have a bed frame just a black flat adjustible which is used for my adjustable matressHey Steve, We have had customers use this product with an adjustable mattress.
