In my review I stated that the design of the front wheels of the RLA had changed, but it is actually the design of the rear wheels that have changed. The photos I sent are labled correctly. I have purchased both an RLA8B and an RLA8BGF within the past six months for my husband. We had a Burgundy one given to us a couple of years ago. So we own three. One for each vehicle and one for inside.

This is the 2nd Rollator Model RLA8 that I have owned. They are both better than the average rollator. The design/manufacture of the two front wheels has changed with the former design being better. Although different in design, the model number on these 2 rollators are the same. The present design causes the front and rear wheels to get tangled when I fold the rollator and put it in my vehicle (van). Overall I am pleased with the rollator and the quick delivery from CAREX.
The product was better than expected and arrived as advertised.
The rollator itself is nice but the seat is already mashed down and uncomfortable. I had a Pro Basics before this one and wanted the same brand since it held up so well for many years. This one is only a few months old and if this is the quality, then I am sure I will be looking for a different brand in the very neat future.
