How big is the seat? 13" round? 14" round?

This stool is 12" round. Thanks for asking!
Bought this. What do i do withe the rounded metal and flat plastic washers?

The washer basically goes acts as a guard when using the screws. So when you're screwing in the screw, you should put the washer through the screw. Once it's all the way screwed in, the washer should be against the stool acting as almost a guard. Hope this helps!

After learning that I never received my order for my additional TENS7000 pads and case, Compass Health send me a new package and everything is great now… I can can continue using my TENS7000 for my back pain and it work fantastic! Looking forward for my next delivery of replacement pads…

Hope it lasts a long time

I’ve only used it once, but I like the amount of pulses, modes and strength of the tens unit. It was very powerful and I see myself using it often. I’m going to use it on my mom when I visit her to see if it helps relieve some of her pain and if it helps I’ll get her one. So I’d definitely recommend it so far after only one use. Not sure how it will hold up, but I’m hoping I’ll have it for years to come.

Waste of money!

Only got to use the product a few times. Once the battery dies it doesn’t hold charging! Shits off completely. Wast of money. Otherwise, when I did work it was amazing

VERY SMALL SEAT!

and terrible return policy...description didnt include inches of seat size. Need to return when I recd and read the outside of the box. now I have to pay for shipping...half the cost of the product. buyer beware! disappointed. called cust service - big deal waived the 25% restocking fee and told refund ONLY after they receive product and its viewed in its box to be resellabe. the box was rec damaged! GRRRR
