Defective product: no refund, no return, no exchange

Avoid this company; they sent my elderly mom a toilet seat missing a critical part and won't help. No refund, no part, no exchange, tough luck, they are keeping her money! I ordered the raised toilet seat for elongated toilet for my almost 92 year old mother, who lives in a senior facility. It's missing a critical part: one of the handles. Her handyman could not install it as a result. I had ordered it online from Walmart, so I called Customer Care and asked for the missing part to be sent or an exchange for the same product or a refund. I offered to bring it in person to the store to show how it was defective. Tough. The company just keeps your money and won't assist in any way.

The order was delivered in timely manner. The only thing I was dispointed in one of the rubber handles had a rip. I didn't want to return and have to wait for a new one.

Product works good only draw back for me is where the on off buttons are. Not easily usable, hard to turn.
