Is this suitable for a person 4\'11\" tall?
The handles are height adjustable from 31.75” to 38”. For proper fitting, the handles should fall at the wrists.

If you lean on one arm does it tilt over?
For the most part, it will not. This will also depend on your weight and how much force is being applied. It's been designed to be highly maneuverable and light weight.

How do I get a replacement wheel?

Does anybody make a walker with 6" wheels that swivel like on a rollator. I cannot get a rollator into the back of my car behind the driver's seat. The 5" wheels that come every walker I owned are horrible and I think they are dangerous. They get stuck in every crack and crevice in sidewalks and parking lots. The walkers stop abruptly when it makes contact with a rock or pebble or small pieces of wood. We are told not to look down when we walk using a walker but straight ahead. I have fallen more than once when one of those hard 5" wheels gets stuck in a crack or pebble. If I don't look down when using my walker I would fall so much more than I already do. If a 6"wheel with softer rubber were on walkers (similar to the wheels on a rollator) it would be safer because it wouldn't get caught in cracks or hung up on pebbles or small pieces of wood. Even wheels that don't swivel would be better than those hard 5" wheels. Have actually ever walked on a sidewalk or in a parking lot using a walker with those 5" wheels. Maybe you and the staff there should to get an idea of what I go through whenever I'm shopping or just taking a walk. Thank you. Beth
Hey Beth, unfortunately, we do not offer walkers with swivel wheels as described. Based on your needs and space constraints, we recommend the trio rolling walker as it has 7" wheels and is made to be more portable than traditional rollators.

How can brakes be adjusted?
To adjust brakes:
- Find nut near bottom of brake line
- Hold lower nut with needle nose pliers
- Adjust upper nut with 5/16" or 8 mm wrench
- Turn counter clockwise to loosen
- Turn clockwise to tighten
