Where is the on/off button- above, on the installed shower head itself, or at the bottom end of the hose? Also I want a spray that is forceful ( I have long hair) and do not want a light spray. Last,some products have a water saver built in which restricts the forceful flow of the water. Does this have a restrictor?

The on/off button is directly on the side of the shower spray for easy use and the ability to pause the water flow. It has been designed to offer optimal flow at 1.8 GPM and complies with the EPA but also offers a steady flow of water. It does have a restrictor.
