Will this give a muscle contraction
Yes, this device will give a muscle contraction.

What does Width mean and what should it be set at?
Pulse width is the longevity of the pulse. Longer pulse widths will cause stronger muscle contractions. We recommend setting it at 175 to 200uS. However, this will differ depending on the type and level of pain. We always recommend testing each setting to meet your specific needs.

Can it be paid by my insurance?

I am interested in your TENS and EMS Muscle Simulator Device, and would like to know if I can you use NiMH AA 1.2V batteries instead of the 1.5V batteries that are supplied. I did see 1 review on this site that mentioned you could use Rechargeable Batteries. Thank you in Advance for helping me.
Yes, you can use those batteries with our device. HOwever, you may experience diminished power and reduced voltage compared to the 1.5V batteries.

The Twin Stim Plus is powered by 4 AA batteries.

If you want 50% power do you have to press the up button 50 times, or can you hold it down?
Yes, you have to press the up button 50 times for 50% power. This is in place to prevent the buttons from being pressed down accidently and causing discomfort.
