Other than the obvious, what is the difference between the 5-in and the 5.5 in?
That is the only difference. We offer a 5.5" for those who need a higher height to make sitting/standing easier.

Can I get this in 3.5 inch

We purchased your toilet safety rails, but we already had a raised seat of another brand. The "other brand" raised seat doesn't have indentations on the sides to make room for where the safety rails are attached to the toilet bowl. This makes it hard to keep the raised seat secure on top of the safety rail connectors. I see that your brand of raised seat appears to have indentations on the sides. Assuming these indentations are where the safety rails would go, to keep the raised seat from being wobbly? If yes, I will happily purchase one. Thanks for your help!

I have this kind toilet seat ..it now has a crack on back side on the inside close to top of seat ..Is this a normal thing that happens or did I get a bad one..Is it unsafe to use with a 2 inch crack? Thanks for replying

I have an Alpha UX PEARL bidet and have hip surgery approaching and instructions are that I need a raised toilet seat. Do you sell one for this bidet with or without the handles?
