Works fine for me

I don't know why people said this does not hold. I am attaching to smooth tile, I do not try to attach suction cups at a grout line. I cleaned tile with alcohol and dried before attaching. It's been up for a week. I am heavy and I am more worried about pulling a tile out of the wall then this letting loose.

Does not work, will not accept return

This does not work, will not attach on both ends no matter what. When we called to ask about returning it, we were told bath items are not returnable (despite an email telling me I had 90 days to return it when I bought it). I am very disappointed in the company.

Sorry I bought

Warning should be front & center in CAPS regarding necessity of reattaching prior to EVERY use. Requires strength to apply enough body weight pressure to attach safely. They fall off tile after a day or two. Because of difficulty attaching and having to reattach prior to each use I found this product unsafe and unhelpful. Wasted my money. Would not recommend.

I need to re-do the grip daily

I love the priduct itself; however, it doesn't stay gripped for more than a day. I need to re-do the grip daily.

Fit very securely

Fit very securely on my shower wall and has not come loose and it has been there over 2 weeks! It was easy to install and attractive. the handle has rubber grip on it so even with soapy hands, you have a secure grip.

Leg tips for shower chair.

I gave a one star, because to return it you have to pay for shipping. The tips cost me $15.00 and to return it I would have paid $18- $20 dollars! Its important that you provide a shipping label in case the item doesn’t fit. In my situation I needed a leg with a tip, but you don’t make the leg and tip together. I’m not satisfied with your handling of items bought at your establishment. People should be aware of how you deal with your customers. Your business leaves much to be desired! Never will buy from your company again!!!!
