Overall I am very pleased with the DPL LED neck pillow. It has been helpful for my father who suffered a neck injury which triggered arthritis. Steroid shots were only marginally helpful, so we thought to give this a try. It does offer pain relief and stops the sharp breath taking jolts of pain that radiated to the shoulder. It is well made and comfortable to use.
The sale page stated that you "charge the pillow". Nope, you just plug in the adaptor and turn on the switch on the cord.
The page also says it turns itself off in twenty minutes. It does not, so we set a timer.
These issues are not deal breakers, just different from the item description.
