How should my sight line be when using the Sky light. Can I look down and read or do I need to look to the side or directly at the light so that the light enters my retinas directly?
Great question! Yes, you should be looking down with the light over you. Your eyes should be approximately in the center of the light with the lamp screen tilted at roughly 15 degrees, so it is projected over you during each session. The Day-Light Sky can be taken apart to be put back in its box as it was shipped. You can find the instruction manual here. This should give you an idea of how to take it apart. If you continue having trouble, feel free to reach out to our customer service team here.
