In today’s world, aging in place has become a significant priority for older adults. NCOA reported that nine in ten seniors intend to continue living in their current homes over the next 5-10 years. Many state reasons being they like where they live (85%), they have friends/family nearby (66%), and don’t want to deal with the hassle of moving (50%).
