I understand most people receive pain relief while using TENS. I do as well; however, my greatest benefit, using the device daily, along with ibuprofen and stretching, is the loosening of the chronic muscle fiber knots in my leg due to spinal stenosis. My upper leg (IT band) no longer twitches nor gives out. The regimen of ibuprofen and stretching alone was barely effective.
I have been using your product for 30+ years. The name may have altered a bit but basically the same machine. I am totally happy with it as when I have muscle issues it is my go to relief.
So I totally recommend this TENS Machine!
The unit is great. The instructions are very lacking. I need more information on what to use for treatments,,, Hz, mSec, mode - normal, burst, modulation, SD1, Sd2. What the heck should I be using???
